Frequently asked questions.
Can you come and measure my space?
Yes. If you don’t already have floorplans, are uncomfortable or unable to measure the space, I can come and measure up for you.
Will you travel to me?
Consultations can be face to face or online. I am happy to travel, over an hour I will charge for mileage.
How will I receive my design?
You will receive your design as a PDF package. This will contain plans, images, and products as appropriate.
What if I don’t like the design?
I of course hope this won’t happen, and to minimise the possibility, we will have a thorough consultation and an approved brief before any design work takes place. But if you want revisions to be made to the design, this will be charged at £150 per revision, or at the hourly rate of £75 per hour.
What qualifications do you have?
As well as having worked in a design studio and a turnkey house builder, I have a first class honours degree from the University of Arts London in Interior and Spatial design.
Why are you doing this?
I want to help people have homes that make them happy, and encourage more people to have disco balls in their kitchen. If you are bored of beige, and want to take ownership of your space, then I can help.
Can you do other styles?
Of course! I am led by your tastes, the first step is bringing together a board of inspiration images to make sure we’re on the same page.
How do you pronounce OKE? and what does it mean??
OKE is pronounced like the Oak tree. OKE is a section of one of my favourite ruins, Okehampton castle.
